Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders of regular priced, in-season items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Items that are on clearance or are out-of-season can take up to 5 business days to ship as our team will have to locate them in our warehouse. 

In the event that an item isn't available due to am inventory error, etc. you will be contacted via the email you used at check-out with an option to replace the item or receive a refund. Upon receipt of that email, you'll have 24 hours to respond at which time we will refund you for the missing item so that your shipment can go out in a timely manner. 

Shipping Rates - Domestic & International 

We offer $5 flat rate shipping within the United States for orders up to $75. For orders $75+, we offer free standard shipping.

Some bulkier items require an additional shipping cost of $10-$20 regardless of price.

These items include Mahjong Mats, Mahjong Tiles, Larger Garlands/Banners, Wrapping Paper, and other obviously oversized items. We strive to indicate that a bulk shipping fee will apply in the item's listing, but we reserve the right to charge this fee based on our published shipping policies. 

We offer expedited shipping rates which will be calculated for your order at check-out. 

We also ship internationally and all international shipping rates are calculated at check-out depending on your location. 

International Shipping Information:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pop & Pour Party Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Your Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@popandpourpartyco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged Shipments

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (no later than 3 business days after delivery) at hello@popandpourpartyco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
